Menu and prices

Prices on this website are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Menu items, prices and availability may change without notice. The price confirmed when you order is the price you pay.

Orders and delivery

Orders placed on WhatsApp are confirmed by our team before preparation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with traffic and weather.

Orders placed on foodpanda or Pathao Food follow those platforms' own terms, prices and refund policies.

Reservations

A booking is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from us. We hold tables for 15 minutes after the booking time.

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking.

Offers

Offers are valid only for the stated days and times, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering. Softenum Restaurant cannot guarantee any dish is completely allergen-free.
